The two-day event featured an engaging mix of keynote addresses, breakout sessions, workshops, and networking—with speakers ranging from “Tall Cop Don’t Stop” on detection strategies to experts addressing vaping trends, overdose dynamics, and emerging industry insights.
Brittany Cass of Bold Like Britt was invited to speak in a breakout session titled “Driving Change: Mobilizing Coalitions to Pass a 0.05 BAC Law,” where she bravely shared her personal journey as a survivor of a drunk-driving crash. Brittany has been an active voice in public policy efforts in Hawaii, using her story to bring greater awareness to the devastating impact of impaired driving and to inspire meaningful legislative change.
