Brittany Cass with Bold Like Britt had the opportunity to speak on House Bill 789 which is aimed to stop repeat drunk driving offenses. The bill allows first-time DWI offenders to install an ignition interlock device in their car. The device will prevent the engine from starting if alcohol is detected.
Bold Like Britt believes this bill is not the only solution, but a strong step toward preventing repeat offenses. If passed, the bill would become law on December 1.
