simply surviving turned into a desire to do something with the life I was given.

I never imagined the hardest chapter of my life would become the one that gave me an entirely new lens through which to see the world — and my place in it.

Becoming a survivor changed me. But somewhere along the way, simply surviving turned into a desire to do something with the life I was given.

Sharing my story has opened doors I never expected — to impaired-driving advocacy, education, prevention, and conversations with people who have dedicated their careers to making our communities safer. And the more I learn, the more I want to learn.

I’m incredibly grateful for where this journey has taken me, but I also feel like I’m just getting started.

I’m looking for opportunities to listen, learn, collaborate, and become more involved in alcohol awareness, road safety, and impaired-driving prevention. I’d be incredibly grateful for opportunities to share my story and advocate through podcasts, schools, churches, community events, and other platforms — both in and outside of Texas.

Any connections, introductions, or opportunities would mean the world.

Sometimes the thing that changes your life becomes the very thing that gives it new purpose.
