Bold Like Britt continues advocating for stronger impaired driving laws, including lowering Hawaiʻi’s legal BAC limit to 0.05.

With a new year comes a new legislative cycle. 

Multiple bills are being presented to the House and Senate this year to elevate DUI offenses and lower the BAC to .05. 

Hawaii is among the next closest states to passing/lowering the BAC TO .05. Utah is currently the only state in the US- joining 100+ other countries that already have this in place. Let’s go, Hawaiʻi — the data is in, and prevention is key!
